REFUNDS & RETURNS:
Your satisfaction is guaranteed, but if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, just return it within 7 days of receipt of shipment for a full refund (less shipping charges).
Before returning any products, you must email us at customerservice@sunglasses-pro.com for a Return Authorization Number. The Return Authorization Number MUSTbe on the shipping label or your package will be refused.
Shipping returns are at your expense.
Please make sure you return your merchandise by a traceable method (a tracking number) as we are not responsible for the lost packages being returned.

Before returning the good(s), please follow the instructions below:
1. Place the Return Authorization Number on the shipping label.
2. Attach the return label to the outside of the box.
3. Place the original or copy of original proof of purchase inside the box.
4. All materials originally shipped to you must be included in package. Product and packaging must be in original condition.
5. Wrap the package securely and for your protection, we recommend that you use a traceable and insurable form of mail for shipment. Sunglass-Pro returns must be in brand-new and un-used condition and complete with all original packaging.
Please also return any accessories such as the sunglass case or lens cleaner that may have accompanied the original product. Sunglasses-Pro will inspect all merchandise returns. Upon approved inspection, the full refund less shipping fee will be issued back to your credit/debit card.
Merchandise returns that are not in the original condition (scratches on the lenses or on the frame, etc) or missing original packaging will either be refused, or subject to a 25% re-stocking fee at our discretion.
Customer is responsible for all return shipping fees. We suggest delivery confirmation type of shipping on all returns or exchanges. We are not responsible for what could happen to the sunglasses during shipment back: if we receive them broken we can't accept the return.
Discontinued or “Special Offers/Orders” (not regularly stocked items) may not be returned for refund or exchange.
