Warranties come with a 7 day warranty against manufacturing defects, which includes defects in material and workmanship. Scratched lenses are considered normal wear and therefore are not covered under warranty.
Sunglasses must be returned to Sunglasses-Pro.com with a letter indicating the defect and with proof of purchase. Upon inspection, a replacement will be sent. If an exact replacement model is not available, a credit will be given towards another style/model of your choice or a refund will be issued.
How To Make A Warranty Claim:
Please contact Sunglasses-Pro Customer service on customerservice@sunglasses-pro.com to receive a Sunglasses-Pro Warranty Tracking Number (TR Number) and further instructions. Pack your product in a cardboard box and use a shipping service that offers both insurance and tracking to ensure a safe delivery of your product. Sunglasses-Pro is not responsible for packages lost in transit.
Please include the following information in your package:
1. Your name, return address and telephone number
2. Sunglasses-Pro Warranty Tracking Number (TR Number)
3. A brief description of the problem or service you are requesting
4. A copy of the receipt or a check made payable to Sunglasses-Pro Reference your assigned Warranty Tracking Number on the outside of your package.
Failure to do so, may cause a delay in processing your claim. Warranty Policy or for general information on your product, please contact Sunglasses-Pro Customer Service. The representative will assist you in identifying your Sunglasses-Pro product and determine the best course of action for your warranty claim.
